Bebek takip uygulamamızı ("Uygulama") kullanarak bu Kullanım Koşulları'nı ve Gizlilik Politikası'nı kabul etmiş olursunuz. Koşulları kabul etmiyorsanız Uygulamayı kullanmayın.
Uygulamayı kullanabilmek için en az 13 yaşında olmanız gerekir. 13 yaşından küçükseniz Uygulamayı kullanmayın ve hesap oluşturmayın. 13–18 yaş arasındaysanız Uygulamayı yalnızca ebeveyn veya yasal vasi onayıyla kullanabilirsiniz.
Uygulama; beslenme, uyku, bez değişimi, büyüme ve sağlık gibi bebek bakım kayıtlarını tutmanızı, hatırlatıcılar kurmanızı ve özet raporlar görüntülemenizi sağlar. Hizmet olduğu gibi sunulur ve zaman zaman güncellenebilir.
Uygulama tıbbi tavsiye, teşhis veya tedavi sağlamaz. İçerik yalnızca bilgilendirme ve kişisel kayıt amaçlıdır. Çocuğunuzun sağlığıyla ilgili kararlar için mutlaka bir sağlık uzmanına danışın. Acil durumlarda derhal tıbbi yardım alın.
Uygulamaya Google ile giriş yaparak erişirsiniz. Hesabınızın güvenliğinden ve hesabınız altında gerçekleşen etkinliklerden siz sorumlusunuz. Girdiğiniz bilgilerin doğru olması sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır.
Uygulamayı yalnızca yasal amaçlarla ve bu Koşullar'a uygun şekilde kullanmayı kabul edersiniz. Uygulamayı tersine mühendislik yapmamayı, kötüye kullanmamayı, hizmeti aksatmamayı ve başkalarının haklarını ihlal etmemeyi taahhüt edersiniz.
Girdiğiniz kayıtlar size aittir. Verilerin nasıl işlendiği Gizlilik Politikası'nda açıklanmıştır. Ayarlar bölümündeki "Hesabımı sil" seçeneğiyle hesabınızı ve tüm verilerinizi istediğiniz zaman kalıcı olarak silebilirsiniz.
Hesabınızı istediğiniz zaman silerek Uygulamayı kullanmayı bırakabilirsiniz. Bu Koşullar'ı ihlal etmeniz hâlinde erişiminizi askıya alabilir veya sonlandırabiliriz.
Uygulama "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut olduğu şekilde" sunulur; açık veya zımni hiçbir garanti verilmez. Yürürlükteki yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde, Uygulamanın kullanımından doğan dolaylı, arızi veya sonuç niteliğindeki zararlardan sorumlu değiliz.
Bu Koşullar'ı zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişiklikleri Uygulama üzerinden bildiririz; güncel sürümü her zaman bu sayfada bulabilirsiniz.
Bu Koşullar, Türkiye Cumhuriyeti kanunlarına tabidir.

By using our baby tracking app (the "App") you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 13, do not use the App or create an account. If you are between 13 and 18, you may use the App only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
The App lets you log baby-care records such as feeding, sleep, diaper changes, growth and health, set reminders, and view summary reports. The service is provided as is and may be updated from time to time.
The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Content is for informational and personal record-keeping purposes only. Always consult a healthcare professional for decisions about your child's health. In an emergency, seek medical help immediately.
You access the App by signing in with Google. You are responsible for the security of your account and for activity that occurs under it. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to reverse-engineer, misuse, disrupt the service, or infringe the rights of others.
The records you enter belong to you. How data is processed is described in the Privacy Policy. Using the "Delete my account" option in Settings, you can permanently delete your account and all your data at any time.
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting your account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App; the current version is always available on this page.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
